The 29-year-old turned just five receptions into 157 yards and two touchdowns in the 45-15 win.
But it was a celebration of his first score of the day that really got fans talking.
Hill took a pass from Tua Tagovailoa 78 yards to the house to get the Dolphins off to the perfect start in Washington.
The former Kansas City Chiefs wideout hit the deck after the score, with his teammates sitting in a line behind him.
They then moved in tandem to create the illusion of enjoying the twists and turns of a rollercoaster.
Fans were quick to comment on the celebration on X, formerly known as Twitter.
One wrote in response to the footage: “They on a ride, man. I’m here for it.”
Another said: “Ngl I never done that on a roller coaster but I will now.”
While a third added: “Bro does NOT go to amusement parks.”
And a fourth commented: “He’ll get fined for that.”
Hill has been in trouble with the NFL several times this season over his exuberant celebrations.
He offered to pay content creator Kevin Fitzgibbons‘s salary earlier this week after the media man had his NFL access revoked over a stunt involving Hill.
The Dolphins star had used a phone given to him on the sidelines by Fitzgibbons to film a backflip celebration against the Carolina Panthers in October.
Hill told reporters Thursday, per the Athletic: “Me and [Fitzgibbons], we’ve got a long history together.
“The news is something that I already knew. I told him, ‘Don’t let this get to you. Just hold your head up. You’re still young. Continue to do what you love.’ Me and him are going to continue to work together.
“I told him I was going to cover his salary, whatever the NFL was going to pay him or whatever.
“I told him I was going to make sure that I do what’s right and take care of you, make sure you’re not out of a job. That’s my guy.”
Miami advanced to 9-3 after another blowout win, with Hill now boasting 12 touchdowns and 1,481 receiving yards in 2023.
The Dolphins now have a long week to prepare for Monday Night Football against the Tennessee Titans on December 11.
