EVERYONE in the NFL needs a coach who looks at them the way Mike McDaniels looks at his star QB, Tua Tagavailoa.
NFL fans flooded social media with reactions after a clip from the Miami Dolphins practice showed McDaniels in awe after Tagovailoa’s no-look pass.

Miami was selected for HBO’s In-season edition of Hard Knocks, and a scene from one of the episodes surfaced on X, formerly Twitter, on Wednesday.
Cameras caught the action when Tagovailoa rolled out of the pocket for a drill in practice when McDaniels had a hilarious reaction to the completed pass.
The 40-year-old coach was left speechless from the throw and couldn’t formulate a complete sentence.
NFL fans took to social media to react to McDaniel’s funny moment.
One fan said: “I love the idea of a coach that makes you want to win for him.”
Another: “Mike McDaniel is the greatest coach of all time, haha.”
And a third: “Want your players to play better! Give them confidence and hype them up over basic stuff. Haha, always works!!”
Some fans didn’t like the gesture from the head coach and condemned the clip by stating Taganviloa was looking.
This fan expressed: “Corny. He definitely was looking.”
Another: “Mike needs to calm down.”
And a third stated: “This guy is so corny.”
