MIAMI Dolphins star Tyreek Hill has said his ex-Kansas City Chiefs teammate Patrick Mahomes is undeniably the best quarterback in the NFL.
But the Dolphins wide receiver thinks Tua Tagovailoa can challenge Mahomes next season.

And he heaped praise on Mahomes when Clark asked what’s the first thought that comes to his mind in regard to the Chiefs star.
“Pat, he’s a different dude. Like, obviously the best quarterback in the league,” Hill said.
To back up his claim, Hill recalled how Mahomes called out all of his offensive weapons during a slump in one of the six seasons he spent in Kansas City.
“Me and Pat, we go back and forth,” the Dolphins wide receiver remembered.
“But that was the moment right there where like, he stood on business and it was like bro, I really respect this.
“Because he really just called out all his f**king weapons, individually pointed us out, looked us in the eyes, and said, ‘Bro, Reek, you think you’re so f**king fast, but you can’t catch the f**ing ball?’
“Then he went to Kelce, then he went to [Demarcus Robinson], then he went to Sammy [Watkins].”
Hill said that Mahomes’ act of leadership “put fuel in his heart” and from then on, the Chiefs started to turn their fortunes around.
The All-Pro wideout also expressed the belief that the two-time MVP will become the greatest QB ever.
However, Hill believes that Tagovailoa is the most accurate NFL quarterback – and that he can take his game to another level in 2024, building on the best season of his career.
He said the next step for the Dolphins passer is to add “fearlessness” and “cockiness” to his play, the traits that characterize elite QBs.
“Because he got the skill set and he got the supporting cast to do it with all the weapons that he got around,” Hill said.
Tagovailoa threw for 4,624 yards (the most in the NFL), 29 touchdowns, and 14 interceptions in the 2023 NFL campaign.
